Two large double rooms are coming available Friday 17th April and Friday 1st May in a sociable, clean and tidy, non-smoking, young professional 6 bed houseshare close to town and University. Both rooms will be completely redecorated and are well equipped with a quality double bed, large fitted wardrobe, drawers, desk and office chair, and a TV aerial point.

All bills are included in the rent including the cost of cleaning of the communal areas every fortnight. We also have a gardener to keep the outside areas tidy.

Sharing with four 20-something non smoking graduate professionals, all friendly, easy-going, clean & tidy and considerate - would suit someone similar!

Shared facilities in the house include all usual mod cons plus ultra fast 900Mb Wi-Fi, smart TV, dishwasher, tumble dryer, air fryer, off road parking (+ ample on road non permit), lovely sunny west-facing garden with BBQ and herb garden, secure bike shed and 2 bathrooms. The house has been recently redecorated including lovely new bathrooms and new carpets so it is finished to a high standard.

Great location 20 mins walk from town, 30 mins walk to main train station, 10 mins to Uni and hospital or 1 min to bus stop (No. 5) to town and station. Close to several supermarkets and gyms. Easy access by car out of Reading particularly to south, east and west.
