Single Occupancy Studio Available

I have a single occupancy studio available in Saxon Court Apartments, in the centre of Reading, and a 2-minute walk to the Oracle, a 25 to 30-minute walk to the University of Reading Whiteknights Campus (or a 10-minute journey on the 21 bus). The apartment complex is quiet and has several communal facilities including a gym, cinema room, dinner party room and a large social space with a pool table etc. There is 24-hour security and a car park for visitors (no permits for residents are available). The studio is very good value for money and includes all bills (except for council tax if you are a non-student). It has a kitchenette with an under counter fridge, induction hob, 3-in-1 microwave, fan oven and grill, and plenty of storage space. At the end of the kitchen there is a breakfast bar area with two stools. In the main living area, there is a large desk, double wardrobe, shelving, drawers and a desk chair. Underneath the double bed there is further storage, and opposite there’s a TV with freeview channels. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and shelves for storage.

The rent is £174/ week and the studio will be available from the 31st of March with the contract running until 1st September 2023 (inclusive). I can be flexible with the start date, but preference will be given towards those who can start as close to it as possible. The whole rent would need to be paid in advance and unfortunately, there is no flexibility with this because this is what the current contract says, so please do not enquire if you are unable to pay rent accordingly.

You do not need to be a student to take over this contract, but you will be liable to pay council tax if you are not a student.
