Loft ensuite in quiet retired home

Loft room

I am looking for a lodger for my loft room with ensuite shower room. The room is a double but furnished with a single bed. There is also a small separate room which can be used for storage.
The room is furnished with plenty of drawers storage.
The house has a huge garden including greenhouse which you are welcome to use for your own gardening/outdoor hobbies and there is off-street parking with space for one vehicle, and a side gate if you want to keep a bike locked up.
The shared kitchen is basic but functional and I don't cook so you will mostly have it to yourself, with allocated fridge and storage for your food.
I am retired and disabled so mostly keep to the living room and my bedroom apart from daily shopping and social trips. I have support from a carer everyday who also cleans the house weekly and maintains the garden.
I am also supported by my niece, Caroline, and she will be managing this advert for me from London, and supporting me to find the right lodger.
Given my disability I am looking for someone who can sort out the bins every week and is generally helpful around the house. I have a good team of carers around me and a call alarm but it is of reassurance to my niece that someone is in the house in cases of emergency.

Looking for a quiet professional/mature student, no couples or partners staying over please.
All bills included, £625pcm rent and £100pcm bills contribution to be paid seperately.
