Double Room Available in West Reading – Looking for a Female Flatmate

I’m looking for a female flatmate to join me in my terraced house in West Reading. The house has a relaxed, homely feel and a big garden with a few different areas to sit and enjoy being outside – great for coffee breaks, reading, or even working outdoors when the weather's good.

Inside, there’s an open-plan living space. One half is set up as a quieter zone with a desk and chairs – ideal for studying or working – and the other has a sofa and TV, perfect for winding down in the evenings. It's a flexible space and works well whether you're more social or like your own downtime.

Your room:
You'll have a Queen-size bedroom that comes with:
- A large wardrobe and drawers
- Antique mirror & bedside table
You're welcome to bring your own furniture and swap anything out if you prefer.

Around the house:

The location:
- 3 min walk to a great fresh fruit & veg shop and convenience store
- 3 min walk to buses (15/16/17) – about 15 mins to Reading station or town centre
- 15 min walk to Tesco
- 18 min walk to Waitrose
- 10 min walk to the gym

I work hybrid, usually from home four days a week. Weekends I’m out most of the day doing a Bachelor's course in Chinese Medicine. I keep the house clean and organised, so I’d appreciate someone who’s on the same page when it comes to looking after shared spaces.
