Spare room in newly renovated home

Hello,
I have a spare room available in my newly renovated home. I have separated from my partner, and would like some company/help with the mortgage/bills.

It's important to me to find the right person for this room. I'm open to sex and age, but ideally would like a working professional and it would be nice if we could be friendly with eachother/have some interaction. Opening my home, I want to feel comfortable and at ease, so please tell me a little about yourself when responding to the ad. I’m getting a lot of interest so will not be able to respond otherwise.

I'm also open to Mon-Fri lets at a reduced rate.

There are two bedrooms + a further room used as an office. I work from home, with a couple of days in London. Due to my work, I need someone who does not work from home.

I'm an active person, I play padel a lot/go to the gym in the evenings and am also trying to get into more relaxing things like yoga/meditdation. I'm very into health and enjoy cooking with unprocessed foods (most of the time).

The house has an upstairs walk in shower room, a downstairs bathroom, a spacious living room and a big kitchen/diner (with tonnes of storage) with deck out to the large garden (which is admittedly a work in progress). There is also a separate laundry/utility room. There is off-street parking at the back and a garage used for storage. A secondary permit for the house is also available through Reading Borough Council.

The house is on a quiet no-through road, yet very close to Reading town centre. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the station.
