Clean and tidy room available in very well maintained maisonette. Set over 3 floors allowing for an additional degree of privacy. Only a 10min walk from Reading centre with secondary glazing so there is no road noise at all. As a live in landlord I stay at the property Monday to Friday with occasional weekends. There is a separate lounge. I work in London so am up and out early and often back late (as I play tennis in London before travelling back).
