About the space
The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well-organised. Common areas are kept tidy and the home has a relaxed, quiet atmosphere — ideal for someone who values their own space and respects others’.

Currently there is no bed or furniture in the bedroom room but upon request that can be arranged on the landlords behalf.

The bills would come to roughly £220 each per month.

About me
I work a standard Monday to Friday week and tend to be away most weekends, so you’ll often have the place to yourself. I’m tidy, easy-going, and like a peaceful home to come back to after work. I’m not looking for a best friend, but someone I can live alongside harmoniously.

This will suit you if you’re a working professional who is clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces and quiet hours. You understand that a home is somewhere to unwind, not a place for regular parties or disruption.
