Hi, I’m a 24 year old Male professional who works in Reading. I’m looking for two flatmates to move into the below rooms as my old flatmates are relocating to London.

Room 1 - King sized bed, private Bathroom (basically an en-suite, just next to your room with access to nobody else) c.£775 rent a month
Room 2 - King sized bed, en-suite, c.£825 rent a month

Parking available at £75 extra a month

Bills not included.

The flat is very modern and nice, with easy access to town (4 min walk) and the train station (8 min walk).

Looking for two professionals who are a similar age, enjoy playing sports (gym, padel, golf, football - I’m down to try other sports!) and who are also up for going to the pub and socialising. No preference on guys or girls, just two people that will get along with everyone! Happy for two friends to move in too!
