Spacious double room available in a lovely 2 bedroom terraced house.

I'm looking for a new person to take over from my current flatmate who is sadly leaving.

The house is very spacious and has a garden and parking. The ground floor has a huge living/dining room, kitchen and a conservatory. The first floor has a big bathroom (big shower and a bath) and 2 bedrooms upstairs. You would be taking the bigger room. The furniture can stay, but you would have to buy it from the current flatmate. I will add the photos shortly.

The house is in a quiet but very convenient location. Town centre, train station and Caversham high street are all 10-15min walk away. There is a PureGym and an Aldi around the corner. The riverside is a 5min walk.

The rent is £785 plus bills (around £1000 including bills).
It would work well for someone who is looking for a place to call home, but someone who is tidy and respectful. I work from home most of the time (in the living room), so ideally you would be mostly office-based.

As for myself, I love the outdoors and spend most of my free time going on adventures. I also enjoy reading, cooking and an occasional binge watch. I’m happy to socialise and do things together.
