Looking for a roommate

The flat is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with high ceilings and a beautiful exposed brick feature wall. It's on 2nd floor, high celling, there is no lift. Living room is south-facing, a lot of nature light.

You will have a double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, your own bathroom for personal use, and access to a large living area with an open-plan kitchen.

A little about me: I work as a Data Analyst, usually 9am–6pm, and spend a lot of my time in the office or at the gym. I normally do my meal preparation at weekends and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

I'm looking for a professional housemate who is tidy, respectful, and keeps fairly regular sleeping hours, be more considerate when you close door. Friends and partners are welcome to visit occasionally, but I'd prefer not to have guests staying over too frequently.
