The house is about 10 minutes' walk from the main campus of the University of Reading and about 25 minutes' walk from Reading Railway Station. There is a cafe yolk, and a Co op within a minute's walk, which is very convenient. The furniture is complete. Very comfortable. The roommate is very easy to get along with.
