Female Student room near Whiteknights campus

Our back garden

Hi everyone! We have a single room available for a female / female-identifying student in a beautiful 3-bedroom student house on Cressingham Road (RG2) for the 2026/2027 academic year.

The bedroom has character and is furnished, however the desk space is currently downstairs due to it being smaller than the other rooms. However, with moving things around or getting a floating desk I am sure we can fit a desk in there- we are happy to help make this happen. We have a lovely big garden that we are looking forward to using when the weather is warm, a large living room and a lovely kitchen as well. I have attached some images i’ve found online as i didn’t take any when picking up the keys and I am not staying there at the minute. When someone gets there which will be soon, I will take pictures of everything furnished and also the bedroom being advertised.

In terms of bills, we are aiming to set up a package that has all the bills in one place which currently works out at 97 pound (i believe may be slightly less) a month, including tv license, water, gas and electric.

House & Room Details:

Rent: £633.33 per month (excluding bills).
Contract: 12-month student AST (01 July 2026 – 30 June 2027).
Deposit: £730 (1/3 of the house deposit).
Location: Cressingham Road — fantastic location, right next to Whiteknights Campus!

Requirements:

Female full-time student enrolled at UoR or local institution- will need to verify student ID etc.
UK Guarantor required by the agency.

About Us:

You'll be sharing with two friendly, clean, and social female full-time students at Reading!
One of us does psychology and the other does real estate. We are second year, we love a night out or just going out for dinner, we are very social, love listening to music and occasionally baking, and would be happy to make a new friend!
