Big room for rent in Katesgrove

Hello,

I am moving away from Reading, so I am now looking for someone to take my room. It will be available from the 24th of August.
This place is very peaceful and nice. I have been here for two years, and there haven't been any issues.
The agent is very responsive and helpful if you need any repairs. The heating works perfectly, the kitchen is huge, and you will also get a lot of space.
The room downstairs from me is empty, so you can use it as a workout room sometimes if you like ( that is what I did ).

Three other housemates are professionals, polite and normally not at home.
You can get to the town centre in around a 10-minute walk, and the house is around 30 minutes walk, or 15 minutes away by bus, from the closest Aldi.
