We’re looking for a student to take a double bedroom in our friendly student house on Palmer Park Avenue, Reading.
The room is available as soon as possible for £575 per month, excluding bills.
The house is fully furnished and has a shared kitchen, living room and two shared bathrooms. It’s in a great location with easy access to the University of Reading, local shops and transport links.
We’re a friendly and sociable group who enjoy hanging out together, while also respecting each other’s space. We’re looking for someone tidy, easy-going and who would fit well into the house.
Council tax: exempt as the household consists of full-time students.
