Student house 10 min walk from WhiteKnights campus

We are looking for one tenant for the next academic year. The house is a 5 minute walk from Park eats and the university grounds and 15 to the Student Union (house sitting just outside University grounds). It also is a 10 minute walk to London Roads Campus.

Room advertised is the second biggest bedroom which is located on the upstairs floor. House on top of 4 bedrooms has a living room, garden, kitchen, bathroom, kitchen and extra room. The house is located in the student village with a coop, corner shop, cafes and a bar on the end of the road.

We are second year students however don't mind if any new tenants are from other years. House has fast wifi! We (as the 3 other flatmates) will go on some nights out however we aren't party every night people (instead occasional/situational night out people). With a living room we have room for friends to come round and just want to have a good year with our friends and flatmates.

Council Band C. Parking not included however per the AST agreement parking can be arranged with local authority.
