I’m looking for a student to take over my accommodation contract at Kendrick Hall in Reading for the 2026/27 academic year.

📅 Tenancy dates: 12/09/2026 – 17/07/2027
🎓 Suitable for: Full-time students

The room is located in student accommodation with convenient access to the University of Reading and Reading town centre. It includes an en-suite bathroom, a shared kitchen, a study space, laundry facilities, and Wi-Fi.

Important: This is a tenancy takeover of my existing contract, so the replacement tenant would need to take over the full remaining contract on a like-for-like basis. Unfortunately, Kendrick Hall has confirmed that the tenancy cannot be shortened to Autumn Term only.

The official takeover process will be handled directly by Homes for Students. Once you are interested, I can introduce you to the accommodation team, who will explain the next steps and arrange the contract.
