Single room in beautiful 5 bed house

This is a single bedroom in our family home, where currently I am living with my wife, two daughters (aged 15 and 20) and one other female tenant in her twenties. We have a 1.5 year old Labrador girl, which doesn’t ever bite or bark and is trained to not go upstairs or in the kitchen, that is very friendly. We are all South Asian (Nepali) and are looking for a tenant who is quiet, clean and respectful.
It is a 10 minute bus ride from Reading town centre and the bus stop is a 2 min walk away, and travels directly to Reading train station. It is located nearby to ASDA, LIDL, ALDI and Tesco.
You will have access to your room, which contains a wardrobe, bed, and bedside table. You will also have access to two bathrooms in the property, one downstairs and one upstairs that you will share with just one other female tenant. This bathroom includes a shower and bath. You can also access our kitchen, which has all amenities and you can use our pots and pans etc, and our living room. We have a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. All bills are included.
