We’d love to welcome a friendly professional to our lovely home near Reading Town Centre. The house is fully furnished, cosy, and has a really relaxed atmosphere. It’s a 4 bedroom property with only three other housemates, all professionals who have been with us for several years. The living room is spacious, the conservatory has a small home gym area, and the kitchen is modern and well looked after. There’s also a nice garden to enjoy.

The comfortable double bedroom is on the first floor and comes with a double bed and orthopaedic mattress, a mirrored wardrobe, and a desk and chair suitable for home-working. It’s a non ensuite room, and you’ll share a large bathroom with just one other male tenant.

The house is set back from the main road in a quiet, suburban spot. Off street parking is available as the house has its own driveway. There’s a convenience store right across the road, and you’re only a 10 minute walk from the Town Centre, Reading Main Station, and The Oracle. The location also provides easy access to the A33, Green Park, the M4 and the M3.
