I'm renting a nice and cosy double bedroom in my flat (yes live in landlord: a very cool landlord 😃). The room comes with: Two wardrobes and a TV. While the property comes with: a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, a nice garden and a parking spot. And located in a quiet area. I'm ideally looking for a Monday to Friday renter for a minimum of 6 months (700 a month) , but open to evaluate even shorter period renters (175 a week) and Monday to Sunday renters (1000 a month).
