I have recently purchased this 2 bed flat and I’m looking for someone to move into the second room🥰 The area is quiet, and the flat overlooks a lovely lake. Reading green park station is a couple of minutes walk from the flat, which is a 7 min train into reading and you can get everywhere from there! 🫶

I am friendly, easy going and looking for someone similar! The room is a good size double, and has its own bathroom. The flat is spacious and bright, and has a co working space and gym included too!

Rent is £950 per month including bills, and move in dates will be end of November ( can be flexible if needed slightly earlier).
