My previous housemate has recently moved out, so I’m looking for someone to share my 2-bedroom townhouse in RG1 and split the rent and household costs.
The house is quite spacious at around 82 m², with a private back garden, living room, separate dining room/home office, kitchen, full bathroom and permit parking.

It’s in a residential area around 15 minutes’ walk from Reading station, and is also conveniently located for Royal Berkshire Hospital, the River Kennet and Reading town centre.

I’m ideally looking for another working professional who is friendly, clean and respectful and would like a comfortable place to call home.

I’m 27 and work full-time as an engineer nearby. I’m easy-going, clean and respectful and like the house to feel relaxed and comfortable. I’m quite active and usually have my own things going on, but I’m also happy to have a chat, cook together occasionally or grab a drink.
I’m respectful of people’s space and privacy and would be looking for the same in a housemate. Ideally I’d like someone who treats the place as their home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
