I’m looking for a student to take over my current Bronze Studio tenancy at aparto Queens Court in central Reading.

The studio is available immediately, with the current tenancy running until 4 September 2027. The transfer will be completed officially through the Queens Court accommodation team.

£250 per week – all bills and Wi-Fi included

The studio is fully private and self-contained, with:

• Private ensuite bathroom with TV
• Own fitted kitchen with hob, microwave and fridge/freezer
• Furnished sleeping/living space
• Large window
• Study desk and storage space
• Quiet location within the building

Queens Court also includes:

• On-site gym
• Cinema room
• Study spaces
• Games and social areas
• Laundry facilities
• Secure entry and CCTV
• Regular student events and communal spaces

📍 Excellent central Reading location – close to Broad Street Mall, The Oracle and Reading Station, with easy bus access to the University of Reading Whiteknights Campus.

🎓 Student status is required - Undergrad or Postgrad

This is an official tenancy takeover, so the new tenant would take over the remainder of my existing contract through aparto Queens Court.

I have also been advised that if the replacement tenant wishes to stay beyond September 2027, they may be able to discuss a further booking directly with Queens Court, subject to availability and their terms.
