I'm looking for someone to take over my student accommodation room at Kendrick Hall in Reading. The tenancy started on 12 September 2027 and runs until 17 July 2027, with the takeover date to be agreed with Homes for Students.
The room is furnished and has its own private ensuite bathroom. Kendrick Hall is conveniently located for getting around Reading and accessing local shops, transport and university facilities.
