En suite double | Bills & parking included

I’m looking for one person to share my two-bedroom flat in Avenue Heights, off Basingstoke Road in Reading, RG2 0EP.

The room is a furnished double with its own en suite shower room. You’ll also share the lounge/dining room and kitchen, with access to communal gardens.

One allocated parking space is included. Visitor parking is available subject to the development’s rules and availability.

Rent is £850 per month, including council tax, electricity, water and Wi-Fi.

You’d be sharing with me, Aryan, 24, and my Australian Shepherd, Arla. I’m into the gym and getting out for walks with her. I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy and considerate happy to have a chat, but equally comfortable doing their own thing.

You’ll need to be comfortable living with a dog. Arla’s care remains my responsibility.

The room is for one person, so there would be two of us living here in total.
