I’m Jon a live-in landlord and I have a double room available in my flat. The Room is fully furnished, with decent-sized, shared living spaces. There is a lovely bathroom, farmhouse style kitchen (to create your culinary delights) and a large living room – with 100mb broadband, new windows which mean fantastic skyscapes in the evenings.

I am looking for a good-natured, friendly professional who is tidy.

My flat is situated between the university, the hospital and the river Kennet, in a lovely quiet residential area. it's a short walk to the town centre/station and the property has easy access to the A3290/M4.
It is one of 6 in the building which has a lovely communal garden.
This is a great part of Reading, you have the university lake at the top of the road, Prospect Park just around the corner and the River Kennet nearby, which makes for a lovely walk/bike ride on a Sunday afternoon.

Short Tenancy is accepted @ £290 a week or £250 for 4-12 weeks
