The house is located in a quiet sought after street, no traffic noise, no train noise. It is near river Thames within walking distance to both Reading and Caversham centre with Waitrose, Aldi and a range of independent shops nearby.

One available room(Room 5) is a large en-suite room with triple floor to ceiling wardrobe. Another available room(Room 4) is a double room which you will be sharing a shower room with only one other person. Both rooms are on the first floor. They are furnished with a standard double bed, a large writing desk, a chest of drawers and a smart digital TV.

The house is refurbished to a high standard. All bills are included in the rental amount. On street parking permit is available.
