The house is located in a quiet sought after street, no traffic noise, no train noise. It is near river Thames within walking distance to both Reading and Caversham center with Waitrose, Aldi and a range of independent shops nearby.

The available room(Room 4) is on the first floor, quiet and bright with a large rear window open to the garden. You will be sharing the shower room with only one other person. The room is fully furnished with a standard double bed, a double wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a large writing desk, and a smart digital TV.

The house is refurbished to a high standard. All bills are included in the rental amount. On street parking permit is available.
