Spacious tranquil room with excellent natural light all day that would suit female professional, artist, architect, masseuses, photographer or a student.

The room is available, in a recently refurbished large end terraced house. There is also an extra room that can be use as a studio or for storage. The studio would be perfect for an artist, architect, masseuse, student or if you just have a lot of stuff to store then it would be perfect for you. We can negotiate the rent of the space when you view the house.

If you like to roll over in bed five times before you fall out then this Kings size bed will be your dream come true. All new furniture and a lovely little shower room next door.

Down stairs you will find a separate sitting room and dining room and a large kitchen and bathroom with powerful shower.

There will only be three of us sharing the house, so two rooms each, excellent value and masses of space.

We have all of the normal amenities and a free weekly cleaner.

The second bedroom is luxurious and cosy. Its dimensions are 3m by 3m the perfect cube. It is hard to describe but this simple geometry is very peaceful. The room has been plastered and decorated so it is all-new. Super new carpet and new mattress. The room next door is a modern little shower room.

Check out the location on goggle maps. We basically live on a tree-lined street that leads to Prospect Park, famous for Reading carnival, the Mansion house pub and of course BMF, boot camps, 5 a side, tennis and the Saturday car boot sale. Tescos and Waitrose are very close and along the Oxford road there are numerous convenience shop, exotic Asian supermarkets, Polish shops and takeaways. Two very close bus stops will take you to town or the station in 10 minutes or less.

If you work from home.. it can only be for a maximum of 2 days a week.
Life is too short to live with people that don’t add something simple, precious, sincere and natural to every day life. The 3 of us don’t have to end up super fantastic best friends but it would be nice to value each other.
I would take less rent, if someone effortlessly brought positive vibes to the house… as that is priceless … it would be nice to flourish together as a household, rather than just survive.
