5-10 minute walking distance from Asda shopping complex and leisure centre. Perfect access to A329 & M4. Very good bus service to town centre, Reading train station. Direct bus service to Reading University (No.21).

I am looking for a maximum of 4 tenants to stay at this shared house. In order to keep it well maintained and avoid overcrowding.

Looking for house proud tenants who will make the place their own and treat it as such. Long term tenancies would be ideal but also will consider shorter terms.
