I am a private landlord and I have a nicely decorated, thoroughly clean, non-smoking house in Reading, not far from the University of Reading, Royal Berkshire Hospital and Reading Business Park. The house is on the no. 17 bus route and is a 10 minute ride into the town centre.

The rent is inclusive of all bills.

I rent individual rooms to post graduates and "professionals" on an all inclusive basis. I appeal to individuals requiring a clean, tidy quiet house. The communal areas are professionally cleaned every week.

The house offers furnished bedrooms (bed, mattress, wardrobe, study desk, shelves, chair), bathroom, a spacious equipped kitchen, dinning room and furnished lounge.

Permit street parking is available, subject to council approval
