Hello!,

I am a private landlord and I have a nicely decorated, thoroughly clean, non-smoking house in Earley, not far from the University of Reading, Royal Berkshire Hospital and Reading Business Park. The house is on the no. 17 bus route and is a 10 minute ride into the town centre.

I rent individual rooms to post graduates and "professionals" on an all inclusive basis. I appeal to individuals requiring a clean, tidy quiet house. Party animals and non house proud people please look elsewhere.

The house offers furnished bedrooms (bed, mattress, built-in wardrobe, study desk, shelves, chair), 2 bathrooms inc. a separate w. c., a spacious equipped kitchen and furnished lounge.
