- 15th June £620pcm quiet peaceful attic room, bathroom shared with one other person only, and with airconditioning installed over the summer months.

Notes
All bills included except council tax, which is not payable for students.(£50)
Bills £50 extra gas/electric bill if working from home full time (pro-rata for part-time).
