2 Large Rooms in Christian Houseshare near town

Bedroom 1

We have 2 big rooms, comfortably furnished, in a warm, friendly and quiet (currently all-female) houseshare less than 5 minutes from Reading West station.

We share the living room and a large open kitchen/dining area, and divide up the cleaning of these spaces each month. We like to keep the place tidy and have a good atmosphere in the house. Although we are all fairly busy coming and going with jobs, we get together to have takeaway and film nights quite often and generally there is some sort of chocolate or baking around for grabs!

Our landlord lives next door - he is very helpful, unobtrusive, and proactive in sorting any maintenance issues and keeping the big garden well kept. We enjoy barbecues out there in the summer, and often sit out at the patio table in the afternoon sun with a drink :)

The rooms would suit professionals or mature students in their 20s or 30s, who are looking for affordable rent in a desirable location and a beautiful neighbourhood.

We hope to find someone who shares our Christian faith and may be involved in one of the many churches in Reading, but are open to all housemates who respect our values and are friendly people!
