You have main use of the downstairs loo which has toilet, sink and some storage space. Share use of the shower-over-bath in the family bathroom upstairs.

Kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, smart microwave/oven, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer.

Shared living room where has Alexa speaker, TV/DVD player and sofa. Access the living room to the garden where you can grown own stuff if you wish.

Off road parking at front of the house.
No. 194 Bus stop is right outside the entrance of this small private residential cul de sac.
X94 is close by.

Sandhurst, Blackwater train stations and Meadows in Blackwater are about 1 mile away. Local shops, gyms and pubs are less than 10 mins walking distance. 3miles to Frimley Park Hospital and A30.

I am looking for a full time professional to share my home who is clean, considerate and tidy, and enjoying a peaceful home. I’m afraid that I am not a party animal.
