A very large double room available in sunny 2 bed flat in a former mill.
There is a shared lounge with TV, kitchen and bathroom with one existing female housemate.
We generally keep the living areas quite clean and tidy. Millie loves to bake so there's always a supply of baked goods.
The kitchen and living room have a gorgeous view out over the River Lambourn, where you can watch the sunset. The bedroom also has a view onto the other side of the river.
We also have access to the shared garden on the riverbank.

I am moving out as I have been offered a job in France, so I can sell my furniture to you (bed frame, new sprung mattress with memory foam top, 2 x chests of drawers and 2 x bedside tables) or the room can be unfurnished.
There is also a large built-in wardrobe with a mirror inside and storage space above.
The rest of the rooms are fully furnished, including a TV, sofa, dining table and storage in the living room.
The kitchen has an oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer and a new washer-dryer which was installed a month ago.

It is a 5 minute walk to Vodafone HQ, 10 minutes into the centre of Newbury and 20 to the train station.
From the station, you can reach Reading in 15 minutes and London Paddington in 40, so it is ideal for commuting.
There is on- and off-street parking available, without need for a parking permit.

Bills are not included but usually come to around £150 a month in direct debits. Council tax Band C.
