Double Room for Female

Hi! I am Rachel, I am 34 years old and work from home for the NHS. I am looking for a professional female who mostly doesn’t work from home. I am sociable and friendly and like to keep the place tidy and clean and looking for someone who is the same! Happy to discuss a Monday to Friday arrangement if that is of interest.

I have a spacious two bedroom flat and I am currently looking to rent out my spare bedroom to a professional female in full time employment. The room is furnished with a double bed with drawers and a triple wardrobe with built in drawers. Sky TV, WiFi and utilities are included in the rent and you will have access to the common areas in the home: living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a large garden which is shared with the six flats in my block and I can provide a parking permit for one of the visitor spaces outside the flat. The building management does not allow smoking or pets on the premises.

It is a quiet area located walking distance to Shinfield Studios, a short, easy bus route to University of Reading, Royal Berkshire Hospital and Reading town centre and half a mile to M4 Junction 11.
