The heart of this house is the communal kitchen/diner with a sofa, dining table, wall mounted tv, bookshelf and a games unit where housemates regularly get together to eat, drink and chill out after work and at weekends. The kitchen has ample cupboard space, two large fridge / freezers and a dishwasher. All kitchen items are provided by us. There is outdoor garden space with furniture for housemates to use in the summer months. The house is occupied by 6 female professional tenants, and all get on really well.

The spacious house is a 5-minute drive to J11 of the M4 and a circa 15-minute drive into Reading town centre. Two allocated parking spaces are available for tenants and free ample on-street parking is available. Bus stops within a minutes walk to catch regular services into town. There are local shops, pubs, gyms, and restaurants nearby within walking distance, a short bus ride or drive away.

The rent is inclusive of all utility bills, council tax, super fast broadband, and maintenance. Washing, drying and ironing facilities are available in the separate laundry room. We also provide fortnightly communal cleaning and gardening.

We predominantly offer 12 month AST tenancies because our homes are nothing without its residents who prefer longer term housemates. Our residents in this house call this their home.
