Single spare room to rent

Small family, myself and my husband with our 18 month old son. I work from home.

The proeprty is a 2 bed massinote with it's own door for access and unallocated residents parking is available.

The room is a single room with 100cm ikea pax wardrobe and separate fridge freezer for use.

You would need to provide your own single bed and mattress.

You would have usage of the family bathroom and kitchen.

Would like someone who does not drink alcohol.

Prefer someone who eats halal or vegetarian as we are a halal household.
