Spacious apartment with a patio

I am looking for a flatmate (preferably female) to share a spacious two-bedroom flat.
The property features two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, meaning you will have your own private bathroom. The flat also offers a generous living area, plenty of storage space, and a private patio—perfect for a morning coffee or a bit of gardening when the weather cooperates.
Bills are shared equally (50/50), unless you work from home regularly, in which case we can discuss a fair arrangement.
Based on recent autumn usage, the approximate monthly costs per person are:
• Electricity: £40–£50
• Council Tax: £107
• Water: £20–£30
The security deposit is approximately £875 (equivalent to five weeks' rent).
Please note that I am not the landlord, so the successful applicant will be referenced by the letting agency.
