Spacious Double Room - All bills included

We’re a couple who are looking to rent out our spare double room to a respectful and tidy individual. The room comes fully furnished with a double ottoman bed (great for extra storage) and a sliding door wardrobe. You have a view of the garden and the room is east-facing, bringing in plenty of natural morning light but also comes with blackout blinds if you prefer darker environment.

You’ll have access to the shared open-plan kitchen-living room, bathroom, and garden. We’re happy to share appliances and utensils, as long as everything is used with care and cleaned after use.

Rent includes all bills – gas, electricity, water, internet, and council tax.

We’re ideally looking for:
• A professional tenant
• A non-smoker (vaping is okay outside)
• Someone who is comfortable with a newborn baby in the home
