No cigarettes smoking inside the flat
Alcohol is permitted in responsible amounts
Social events with friends have to be pre-arranged with existing occupants.
Don’t poor oil down the sink. I have a separate container for that
Don’t move people in without asking me

Before you move in you will be subject to full tenanting referencing from my self and will include:

Employment status
Salary
Job title
Contacting your previous landlord as a reference
Criminal record check/DBS.

After your referencing is completed by me and I can see that we can live and work well together, a tenancy contract will be drafted up and will be signed by both of us

Your deposit will be stored in a separate holding account. Deposit is 1 calendar months rent.
