👨‍💼 House Mate and property visits

There is only one house mate, they are a male professional working Monday to Friday. They are friendly, sociable and cleanly. I have lived with him for a year and hes a perfect house mate.

I will be visiting the property on the weekends. Sometimes i may watch a movie and game a little on the home theater set up in the living room. I also do all the property maintenance.

I will not at any point in time access your personal space unless prior consent is given or if maintenance is required.

The Room is much bigger that the standard double room featuring underfloor heating. It used to be the living room until i converted it. I have been living in this room for 3 years and put a lot of love and attention into it.

This space is some times used by me on the weekends.

📜 Ground rules:

I'm a professional female in full time employment. I'm approachable and friendly to talk to. This used to be my bedroom and i'm now living out with my partner. I do plan to live back in my flat one day to start a family. This will be years in the future.
