The house has a basement and 6 rooms across 3 floors. There are 5 en-suite rooms, plus 2 shared shower rooms in the Basement and Room #2 on the ground floor.

The very large shared kitchen has plenty of storage cupboards. Each room has its own assigned fridge.

The house is only a 1-minute walk from Slough High Street, and a 3-minute walk from the Bus and Rail Station.

The available Double Room #2 on the ground floor shares 2 shower rooms with the Basement.
£750 per calendar month for a Single Person
£780 per calendar month for a couple.

The available large Double En-Suite Room #3, on the 1st floor, has an en-suite shower room, built-in wardrobes, and plenty of space for a sofa, coffee table, TV stand, and double bed.

£950 per calendar month for a Single person.
£50 extra for Couples.

Gas, Elec, Water, Council tax and Wi-Fi bills are included in the rent. High-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi broadband is available.

TV Licence and Telephone/SatTV bills are not included in the rent.

A holding deposit of £170 for a Double Room and £210 for a Double en-suite is required at the time of room reservation and will be deducted from the first month's rent.

Each house has two resident car parking permits, and one permit is available for the en-suite Room #3.

All house members are responsible for leaving the kitchen, bath/shower rooms, toilets and other common areas clean and tidy after use. Each room follows good housekeeping rules and a 7-week cleaning rota (15 minutes per day).
