Two large furnished Single En-Suite Room are available in a shared house. The house is only 1 mins walk from the Slough High Street and 5 mins walk from the Bus and Rail Station.

Non Smoking professional working Single persons ONLY.
(NO COUPLES or TWO SHARERS)

The shared house consists of --
3 Double Rooms En-suite,
2 Single Rooms En-suite
1 Double Room and Basement with 2 Shared Shower Rooms.
There are 7 Rooms and 7 shower/bath rooms in the house.

Currently two Single En-suite Rooms are available.

Single En-suite Room #5 --£825 per calendar month including Bills
Single En-Suite Room #6 -- £845 per calendar month including Bills.

Gas, Elec, Water and Council tax bills are included in the rent. High Speed Fibre Optic Wi-Fi Broadband available.

TV Licence, Telephone/SatTV / package are NOT included in the rent.

Initial Holding Deposit £190-£195 is required to reserve the room and this will become part of the first month's rent.

Everyone is responsible for keeping clean and tidy all the common areas after use, Kitchen, Toilets, Shower/Bathrooms, Hall and Landings. There is a cleaning rota for each room every 7 weeks interval.

There are two resident car parking permits per house. Parking permit is not available for the room. May be temporary available for a short period.
