Two large furnished Single Rooms are available in a shared house. The house is only 1 mins walk from the Slough High Street and 5 mins walk from the Bus and Rail Station.

£410 per calendar month per single person

The shared house consists of 4 double rooms, and 4 single room. So there are 4 shower/bath rooms in the house.. Currently two Single Rooms are available.

Gas, Elec, Water and Council tax bills are included in the rent. High Speed 300Mbps Fibre Optic wi-Fi Broadband available. TV/Satellite/Telephone socket points in every room.

TV Licence, Telephone/SatTV / package are NOT included in the rent.

Additional £10 per month for Wi-Fi(First 6 months wi-fi free)

Initial Holding Deposit £100 is required to reserve the room and this will become part of the first month's rent.

Everyone is responsible for keeping clean and tidy all the common areas after use, Kitchen, Toilets, Shower/Bathrooms, Hall and Landings.

There are two resident car parking permits per house. Parking permit is not available for the room.
