A large Furnished En-Suite Double Room is available in a licensed HMO shared house. The house consists of 7 rooms on three floors with 7 bath/shower rooms.

The Room has large built-in wardrobes.

There is a huge shared kitchen with plenty of storage cupboards and a room-allocated fridge.

The house is only a 1-minute walk from the Slough High Street and 5-minute walk from the Bus and Rail Station.

Non-smoking professional working persons.

Everyone is responsible for keeping all the common areas clean and tidy after use: the shared Kitchen, shared Shower/Bathrooms (if used), the Hall, and the Landings.

There is a 7-day Cleaning Rota Schedule every 7th week for each room. (If you think other people should clean your mess, then this is NOT for you, and please do not contact).
You must keep your en-suite shower room clean and tidy after use. There will be a monthly inspection of your en-suite room.

Only Working Professionals will be considered. (NO Two Sharers).
References will be checked.

Gas, Elec, Water and Council tax bills are included in the rent. High Speed Fibre Optic wi-Fi Broadband available.

TV Licence, Telephone/SatTV package bills are NOT included in the rent.

When you decide to take the room, an Initial Holding Deposit of £215 is required to reserve the room, and this will become part of the first month's rent.

There are two resident car parking permits per house. A car parking permit may be available. Off-street free parking is available from 7 pm to 8 am, Monday to Saturday, and all day Sunday.
