It is modern and stylish, includes a bistro bar and stools, plenty of cupboard space, a large fridge/freezer, 8 ring hob, double oven, microwave, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. 2 luxury communal bathrooms within the house; a beautiful, spacious communal rear garden PLUS patio area for barbecues and relaxing in the summer. There is a fortnightly communal clean, a regular gardener during the summer months, and bike storage.

Parking is limited as the road is permit parking.

Unfortunately this is a single room, and we cannot accept couples due to HMO council license stipulations.

There is a 1 weeks holding deposit to take this room off of the market. This payment is deducted from the balance of the first months rent due before you move in.
