Furnished garden studio is available for single occupancy in the heart of Sunningdale, only 4 mins walk to rail station {London/Reading}.
The studio is light, and bright with excellent wardrobe space, shower room, and kitchen with hob, fridge and washing machine, together with garden patio.
The accommodation is situated within the grounds of my home, where I live as a resident landlord. Utility bills, council tax and broadband are included.
