Double Room

The ideal tenant is quiet, very neat and tidy and understands how to get along with others in a house share. The current tenants have lived in the house for several years, and we want to maintain that stability by inviting the right person to take a room that will become vacant at the end of October. Although the vibe is friendly, it is not tolerant of parties, and we do not permit overnight stays by anyone not renting a room in the house. All bills are included, and common areas are cleaned twice a week; there is a garden. There is a small dog in the house. Ideally, you will have an employment track record showing you are reliable and can provide references.
