We are a gay male couple, aged 43 and 75. We are looking to rent out a double bedroom, which comes with exclusive use of an attached office.
You will share the shower room, bathroom and toilets with us. We will also share the living room, kitchen, gym, laundry room, garage (used for storage), conservatory and garden. There is off-street parking. We will maintain the garden, and we will keep the common parts clean. We have off-street parking.
We are quiet, friendly and respectful people. We would like to share our home with someone who is also quiet, friendly and respectful. Being clean and tidy is important to us.
For health reasons, we can't accept a smoker, and we don't keep pets. One of us is a vegetarian.
This house is in Council Tax band G. You will pay one third of the household's Council Tax bill. However, your rent will include all other bills: broadband, water, heating and electricity. The broadband is high-speed.
We can of course accept a person on benefits. That should go without saying.
Our current lodger is moving out on Sun 19 April. Therefore, we are accepting viewings from Mon 20 April.
