The airy room is in a lovely house in Tilehurst to the west of Reading in walking distance of variety of shops, good bus route into Reading and local amenities.
The house is fully furnished and is in a quiet cul de sac, two of the existing female tenants work from home and one works away from the house. There is a lovely garden to sit in and loads of parking.
The landlords live locally and respond very quickly if there are any issues that need to be dealt with. Please note christians and females preferred please.
Council tax band is C. All bills included in the rent, there is a good wifi service, a TV and dvd player and TV licence is also paid by the landlord.
