Room 5 - Double room on first floor, facing front of house, fully furnished. Double bed and wardrobe.

Room 6 - Double room on first floor, facing rear of house, fully furnished. Double bed and wardrobe.

Really large kitchen and living area. Very friendly room mates who regularly have socials together.

There are 3 bathrooms in the house, as well as washer, dryer, communal TV, Wifi and shed for storage.

The house is only a 3 minute walk from Tilehurst station with services to Reading, London and Oxford every 30 minutes. Journey times to Paddington are under 45 minutes. 10 minute drive to Reading town centre.

There is a very large communal kitchen with full height fridge & freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and dual oven. Washing machine and tumble dryer also provided.

Communal living area with leather sofas and flat screen TV.

Free wireless high speed fibre broadband is provided throughout the house. (100mbps)

There is ample bike storage. The 3 parking spaces at the property. Roadside parking is available on Kentwood Hill and Oak Tree Road.

The rooms are spacious and all have lots of storage. The whole house is in good decorative order. All rooms have good mattresses and beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside table and blackout curtains.

Two convenience stores are within a one minute walk. Closest supermarket (Waitrose) about 10 minutes walk. Cotsworld Sports Centre with gym 5 minute drive.

Room offered on a 6 month minimum basis.
